Made by a contractor who wanted his customers to have one place to look.
Contractor Connect was created by Brandon Lucas. It draws on his first-hand experience running a construction and landscaping business, and on a simple frustration: the information customers care about was always somewhere else.
The problem
Important project information ends up spread across emails, PDFs and separate conversations.
None of it is lost, exactly. It is just never in one place, and the person who most needs it is the one who did not send it.
A customer asks which quote is the current one. It is in an email from three weeks ago, under a different subject line.
The drawings went over by WhatsApp, the structural note as a PDF attachment, and the photos from last Friday have not gone anywhere yet.
The customer said yes on the phone. Nobody wrote down which version they were looking at.
The approach
A professional customer experience without replacing how you quote.
Contractor Connect is designed for small contractors who already have a quoting process they trust. It adds the customer-facing layer that process is missing, and stops there.
- Keep your quoting process.
- Price work the way you do now and export a PDF. Contractor Connect reads it and presents it; it does not replace your software or your accounts.
- Start from the customer's screen.
- A customer should be able to open one link and see the current quote, the files that matter and what happened on site, under the company they hired.
- Record decisions properly.
- An acceptance should say who, what wording, which file and when. A revision should ask again rather than quietly replace what was agreed.
- Say what is not ready.
- Contract signing and card payments are in the product but not live. The website and the portal say so, instead of implying otherwise.
Who is behind it
Brandon Lucas.
Brandon's background is running a construction and landscaping business, and Contractor Connect is built out of that experience: quoting jobs, sending drawings, taking photos on site, and keeping customers in the picture while the work is happening.

How we describe the product
What you read here matches what is switched on.
Quotes, acceptance, documents, photos, updates, branding and the showcase are live. Contract signing runs as a demonstration. Card payments are built and in testing. Company portal addresses are reserved but not live. You will find the same wording on how it works and inside the product.
You will not find customer counts, testimonials, awards or time-saving statistics on this site. When there is something worth saying on those fronts, it will be said with the evidence next to it.
